Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Certain POWER FEIN products may be offered on a pre-order basis or produced in limited quantities.

Pre-order and made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated timelines will be communicated on the product page whenever possible.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept extended fulfillment timelines.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

POWER FEIN is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and then contact our support team for assistance.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
